Intermittent Gemini API 429s during burst scans
Gemini API rate-limited three consecutive scans between 19:14 and 19:42 UTC. Scanner fell back to Claude + Grok consensus tiers automatically; no signals lost. Added exponential backoff with jitter to the Gemini adapter.

A 1.4% wick on BTCUSDT touched the T1 TP but the monitor cron was mid-execution and the price had reverted before the next 2-minute tick. Trade closed at T1 on the following cycle at a slightly worse fill (-0.08%). Adjusted monitor to hold a 1s lookback buffer.
